With the aim to plant fruit trees in every parish in the AONB, the team has worked with landowners and parish councils to plant fruit trees for the benefit of the parishioners by the AONB team and its volunteers.

Traditional varieties have been planted and local communities have taken over much of the on-going maintenance and literally enjoyed the fruits of their labour.
